Shipping Canal

• The polis will be connected to the ocean through a 68KM canal linking Alaba zone with Malindi bay, the canal will be 200M wide, 50M deep and will cover 68KM Along the Sabaki River. This will enable the cargo (inbound and outbound to easily be transported to Mombasa and Lamu ports for outward shipment or inward transportation to the AFROPOLIS

Rail

• The rail (SGR) will be built to link Lamu and the current SGR for ease or transportation of CARGO from the Polis to the inland and also to Lamu to link with LAPSSET

• The city will also be connected to Nairobi metropolitan area through a high speed rail, to ease connectivity between the polis and the seat of government. i.e. Nairobi.

Airport

• The airport (international airport) will be built in collaboration with Kenya Airport authority. The focus is to have cargo handling framework. The port will handle fresh produce, light cargo and human transport. It will link the polis to the major airports of world and also ease local and regional flights.

BRT

• The rapid transport system will connect major towns around the polis, Mombasa, LAMU, VOI Malindi, BURA. The purpose is connect the polis with town where the locals can commute from to city for those supplying labour especially the non-skilled and non essential labour to the city.
